As you may know, Target retail stores encountered a security breach that compromised cardholder names, card number, and expiration dates on an undisclosed number of credit and debit accounts used between November 27 and December 15.
We take the security of your account and personal information seriously. As part of our commitment to bring the best technology and service to our members, we are updating our notification system on debit cards to an industry-leading automated system. Previously, you would have received a notification call from a live representative if fraud was suspected.
We are using 250 testers in the pilot program for this service. If you are chosen as a tester, you will receive additional information and instructions on July, 21, 2014.
